Tavistock and Miami-based Architectonica are joining forces to design what will be a 16-story, 215 room hotel in Phase 2A of the Lake Nona Town Center. Although the name has not yet been released, construction has begun and they did confirm the ground floor of the hotel will consist mainly of dining and retail space. The project will also include 6,000 square feet of meeting space, within that a 3,200 square foot ballroom. Amenities will include a rooftop pool with restaurant and bar. Name and updated renderings are said to be released later this month.
